Most of the services offered by the Inherited Heart Diseases Unit are located at Virgen de la Arrixaca University Clinical Hospital. The Anatomical Pathology service of Reina Sofía University Hospital and the Legal Medicine Institute of Murcia are part of the unit. The Cardiogenetics Laboratory is located in the building of the Institute of Biosanitary Research of Murcia (IMIB-LAIB) annexed to the hospital. The Cardiology and Pediatric Cardiology services of the different hospitals in the Region of Murcia take part in the activities of the Inherited Diseases Unit.

Virgen de la Arrixaca University Clinical Hospital is a regional reference center in the National Health System.
